Short Sale Lead Generator Launches!

A long long time ago there were Realtors and there were Newspapers.


Today the Realtor is almost extinct and the printed newspaper is distributed primarily for the sales ads found inside on Sunday morning.

OK, so this is just my opinion - but you have to admit that there is some truth to this statement…

So what does this have to do with the launch of ‘Short Sale Lead Generator’?

Well, today there are many ways to reach homeowners who MIGHT want to sell their homes… but there is only one way to reach them with excellent results. ROI comes to mind, but really the one thing that I always look at is - do it once, and then duplicate it and let it all run automatically.

Over the last several months I’ve been doing some research. Nothing scientific, or quantifiable, but what I’ve found has really made me scratch my head and think “Why does this technology work so well”?

I keep telling you that you need to promote your name - your personal name and / or your business name - in your local market. I keep telling you to ‘google’ people to see what they have been doing and what kind of experience they have. Why do I keep telling you to do this? Because I’ve been Googling myself over the last several years. Lately I’ve started to notice something - and this is the basis for the ‘Short Sale Lead Generator’!!!


The most important thing that I noticed was that my logic was ass backwards!

I was paying big money for Google ADwords each month - at one point I was paying almost $5,000/mo! What I noticed was that the sites and or landing pages that I was paying Google to drive traffic to were not the sites and or pages that ranked up at the top without any promotion.

Why was this and what could I do about it? Well, I did some experimenting and some playing and my discovery is what you will benefit from when you sign up for the ‘Short Sale Lead Generator’ Program!

I don’t think that I’m the only one seeing these things as there are some in the general marketing area who are adopting similar plans. But I will tell you that I have a secret - and I do not see what I’m doing out there which indicates that I must have a new or different Idea - nothing new - I don’t follow conventional thinking when I do what I do…
