I’m sure that you have been looking at my new Short Sale Lead Generator Program - why else would you be here?
I’ve received a number of Emails with questions about this new training program. Let me address a couple of them directly and then I will open this up to the public to post their comments and/or questions.
Please - don’t be shy! There are no stupid questions… well there are but I’m sure that you won’t ask them…
My Background
My name is Michael Hobach and a number of Emails asked that I explain what I’ve been doing in this area and why I decided to create this training…
I’ve been involved on the Internet since 1994 in various cappacities. In the beginning the Internet was limited to us Geeks! Yes I’m a geek… and a dork… and a whole lot of other ‘labels’ - but the point being, I have a technical background based in computer technology, database design, microprocessor design, and RF design. I’ve held engineering positions and R&D positions in my life time.
I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life, building businesses primarily centered around technology and the Internet. In 2001 I began a transition to a quieter life and created Blue Eye Group LLC. I left my biggest project back then to do something from home - the other corporation is now run day to day by my oldest - my son.
Back in 2003 I got involved in Real Estate and realized that there was a simple way to make large amounts of money - even when the economy is falling apart (like now!). I’ve written several books explaining how things work, and my real goal - joy is helping others achieve their goals and realize their dreams.
I’ve watched so many online marketers sell high-priced products and services. I realized that I had an opportunity to give something to those who wanted true value, and didn’t want the HYPE! I have been working hard to keep the hype out of everything that I do - sometimes it sneaks in, and I apologize for that!
For the last year I’ve watched others ’sell’ services online at prices, well - I won’t call them what I want to. It wouldn’t be professional. I’ve been approached by several to promote their snake oil and over-priced ’stuff’ to those on my list - I’ve refused. I’ve turned down making $1,000 on a $1,997 sale - why? Because it’s important to me to be able to sleep at night!
Enter The Short Sale Lead Generator
The Short Sale Lead Generator is my second project aimed towards those of you who are looking for an excellent online persence at an affordable price.
I’ve been watching all the Hype about Web 2.0 - btw - this is all marketing hype and I’m going to show you what it’s all about here in this program! Sorry - I’ve decided to add the ‘Wed 2.0′ mystery label to my marketing - it does sound interesting though doesn’t it?

Why does this program last 6 months?
This is the number one question that I’ve been asked! And you know what? I could give this all to you in an e-book or teach it to you in one or two lessons… but you know what I know? Doing that won’t get your Lead Generator built and imlemented!
What I’m doing with this 6 month program is taking you by the hand to show you what you need to do to really make use of a web site and the power of the Internet to explode your business. Now this isn’t hype - it is real and the Internet is a tool - it isn’t a thing.

The state of Real Estate
I always get a kick out of my friends who are Realtors - yes I have Realtors as friends… I have Attorneys as friends too… what standards?! I get a kick out of the Realtor friends trying to justify their fees today. Do you know that the primary justification was that they would find you a buyer for your home when you put it on the market. That means that they created the MLS listing and wrote a good piece of sales material and took some pictures from the right angles.
Today guess what?! Almost 80% of all home buyers are using the Internet to locate their dream home. If you are using the Internet to list your properties you will reach these 80% of home buyers directly. They have money and they have a job!
Now I want you to realize if you are a Realtor, I’m not saying anything bad about you - I’m just suggesting that you choose to do something different with your career - you can still be a Realtor, but maybe you need to look at how and where you get your deals.
Someone moved your cheese! Have you even noticed yet?
We are now in the ‘Technology Age’ - have been for a while now, but you know if you say it loud enough you might be able to keep it from being true…
Back in 1994 when I wrote the business plan for CyberLynk - my other Internet company, I was told by potential investors that the Internet was a fad - like the pet rock! Can you imagine someone not seeing what this was all about?! I was told, that this would be great for families with kids so that they could play games! My business plan included the residential customer, but it focused on business… I knew back then that every business needed the Internet to conduct business - do you know that today there are business owners still resisting the use of the Internet?!
Today we can do about 80% - 90% of all business activities ONLINE - yes it is that high and if you are not seeing this then you have your head in the sand and the rest of the world is going to pass you by!
So now what?
Well - get with the program! You can either spend tens of thousands of dollars and let someone promise to build you something that you know nothing about… or you can sign up for this Lead Generator program and learn for yourself just how simple this all can be. Mike,
I already have my site hosted through you (reiprosites.com)and I’m using your Foreclosure template #1. I think that’s how you refer to it.
Can I dump that template and put this new Lead Generator technology to replace the existing site?
I like what I’m ready and I want to put this on my existing domain and several more. Oh that begs another question. How many of these Lead generators can I put on my one hosting account?
I deal in multi-family properties in Illinois - 4 family to 32 family right now. Can the new Lead Generator be customized to deal with just this part of the market?

MIKE - I ALMOST SPENT $1997 WITH SOMEONE ELSE ONLINE - YOU KNOW HIM!!! I GET YOUR EMAILS AND I FINALLY TOOK A LOOK AT THIS SITE - I SIGNED UP AND I HAVE LESSON HERE IN MY HANDS - I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONLY GOING TO BE 5 PAGES - WHAT\’S WITH THE 20 SOME PAGES?

I’m going to take a crack at all of the comments above me with just one comment…
Sandy - yes you can dump those existing templates that you have on your site with us - I will show you how this works and I think that I might be able to get our tech support to help you do the update… stay tuned!
Jason - you should have lesson 2 in your hands now. and… Yes anyone can signup to the affiliate program - just read the rule and make sure that you understand.
Carol - Yes there is additional coaching available should you need it - it is optional… watch your Email.
Jack - Yes you can use this program to create the sites for just about any target. Once you understand the inner workings you can use this for just about any web site!
Janet - Yes, several people have said that it’s about time I did this! Thanks!
Harry - Your’s is an interesting question. Understand that the six month program is designed to teach and take you through a good number of marketing exercises to get your Lead Generator really pumping the leads. Your site will be up in about 3-5 weeks. Depending your target market it may be as early as 6 weeks when you start seeing the leads coming in…
Craig - You do not have to purchase XsitePro to create or maintain these sites. Everything is handled through a web based WYSIWYG editor.

Hi-thanks for the “replay”-very nice explanation of the system. Are you using it in your sales letters/emails for those who haven’t signed on yet?
In addition to explaining the program, you gave very good assurances to folks who have been burned.
Your style is low-key and I certainly feel that I am at LONG LAST going to be “taught to fish” in both rei and im.

Craig - how many leads you will be receiving depends a lot on you, your market, and how well you implement the program that I teach. Implementing the Lead Generator online and using just a couple of the techniques that I teach should generate dozens of leads each month. If you want more then do more - less then do less - again it depends a lot on what YOU implement!
Garnik - Is California legislating web sites now? I’m not sure why the Lead Generator would fall under the scrutiny of State Law. Maybe you should be asking yourself “What does the Short Sale Lead Generator teach me to do?” - once that’s answered then you should be able to decide.
Fanchon - thank you for the kind comment. It is nice to hear this, or read it in public some times. I get a lot of Email expressing this sentiment, and I really do like others to put this here on their own…

hello,
when i bought this big bundle, i was not told to learn these time- consuming lessons to learn to get my websites. no wonder you make this complicated to untechnical people so that you charge an addtional $197 a month coaching them .

if i only knew , i would go thru this time-consuming lessons to get my websites i would not have bought this big bundle. i did not bought this big bundle to become a website designer or website engineer.

Since you purchased the BB you can request that support at REI Pro Sites install your site, and everything else. This information was communicated in our lessons and via Email.
The point of the training isn’t to turn you into a web site designer - there is nothing to design - it’s to teach you what is involved in running your business online.
