1. Is this for "newbie" or "experienced" Real Estate Investor?

The Short Sale Lead Generator Program powered by Highly Visible Web Sites is perfect for persons of all experience and skill levels. Each week's lesson is broken down into manageable steps for easy application. There are also "advanced" insights that seasoned veterans will find advantageous in putting into practice. While basic webmastering skills are a plus (uploading files, loading autoresponders, etc.) they aren't required as training materials will be provided to anyone who needs assistance in basic setup steps.

2. Are there any "hidden costs" in addition to my membership fees?

You will need to register a domain ($10.99+/year), obtain hosting ($5.00+/month), and have access to a software program or tool to edit webpages (Free+). Additionally, any budget you want to allot for promotion is at your discretion. (I'll recommend both free and paid methods of marketing … emphasis on FREE!) As you can see, this is an incredibly affordable business model.

3.Is this an 'Intro program' with an up-sell later for the full blown program?

Everything that we offer is stand-alone. Meaning that this IS the Lead Generator Program that we offer. We do have other programs, books, etc but your success here is not dependent on you purchasing something else to complete this program. There are requirement – like you will need to have a domain name or multiple domain names; and you will need to have hosting someplace – but this is all disclosed and expected.

4. Will I need a separate hosting account for each of the Lead Generators (sites) that I want to create?

No actually we will suggest several hosting providers who allow multiple web sites using a single hosting account. Using a hosting provider who has cPanel access (your control panel) will allow you to add new web sites easily – most providers will allow you to 'park' multiple domains – it is important to choose an account that will allow this. Lesson #2 will explain all of this and help you find what you need.

5. Will I have to do any web design to get my Lead Generator up and running?

No – actually included with the program is everything that you need to get a new site up and running. We are even including the content and forms. You will need to input personal information through a web page interface, but that is a simple process.

6. Does my membership include personal coaching?

Unfortunately, the answer is "no". While I will always be available to handle support requests (I.E. I can't download this week's lesson) I simply don't have the time to personally coach 1,000 members. Even if every member just asked ONE question (even a simple question) it would be impossible to handle all of the requests.

7. Is all of the training that I receive in the format of downloadable PDF files?

No. We provide video as needed to help 'show' you exactly what to do. Not all of the lessons include video. There may also be audio lessons that you can download or listen to online as well.

8. How quickly can I have one of these 'Lead Generator' sites active and making money?

That will depend entirely upon you. Someone with experience can literally have this up and running in one day after reading the very first lesson. A complete beginner with virtually no history of doing business online can have everything in place after the first five lessons (I explain every step of the process in step-by-step chunks during the introductory month.) Most people are somewhere in the middle. So, the answer is 1 day to 1 month, depending upon your experience.

9. How do I go about canceling my subscription to the Inner-Circle if I really want to cancel?

Simply login to your Paypal account and locate your subscription payment to Blue Eye Group LLC. Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' link and answer the questions. There is no need to do anything else as your access to our member area will expire and you will lose access to it automatically.

10. Can I get an accelerated version of this material?

The Short Sale Lead Generator powered by Highly Visible Web Sites has been re-written. All material is available to you instantly so that you can work at your own pace.

11. I can produce a site like this in a matter of minutes with tools that I already have. What makes what you are doing so special?

Simply explained, we have implimented technology in a very easy to use blogging site to get you listed quickly with search engines. We also have developed an easy way to keep you in the top of the 'Organic' search results of these search engines which means that you will be paying a lot less for your advertising online.

12. Why do I need to have so many sites? You talk about creating a lot of these 'Lead Generators' and turning them into a 'Machine'.

The concept of a 'Lead Generator' is that we have a site (like this one) that is laser focused on a specific market / Internet user – where the content, domain name. key words, tags, search engine info, etc are all optimized to that target. Using a single web site to reach a broad market cannot achieve that without a lot of expense in creation and in marketing. Besides, we show you how to do this with cookie cutter ease and all with a single hosting account!

13. I already have a web site hosted with Yahoo – can I set this up there?

Actually Yahoo's hosting will not work for what we teach. You have to realize that we are teaching how to setup a specific kind of web site and that you must have the ability to add and modify things that a proprietary solution like Yahoo will not support.

14. What specifically are the requirements for this to work with 'any' hosting provider?

You will need to have an account that uses cPanel, which is the server's Control Panel. You will need FTP access to upload widgets and plugins to the server. You will need to have PHP support, and MySQL databases. It is also preferred that Fantastico be available to make it easier to install our software initially.

You will also need to have support for multiple domain names as 'parked domains' – this may be indicated by some other terminology so talk to your host provider.
