You see the Emails – promoting those $1000 – $2000 boot camps. The ones where they get your money to learn about Web 2.0 technology and Real Estate Investing… and then they push their $1000 – $2000 'package'. You know the ones – where you pay them a huge chunk of cash up front to create this 'web site' using Web 2.0 technology… and then maybe $50 – $100 a month to maintain the site.
